We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Products Refund Policy: Kindly note that digital products, including sewing patterns, instructions, books, and downloadable items, are non-refundable. This policy ensures the preservation of the quality and value of our digital content while respecting copyright and intellectual property rights.

For physical products, the following guidelines apply to our return policy:

Eligibility: Your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Note that if your residence is outside of Germany, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, are non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient process is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period: In compliance with European Union regulations, items shipped into the EU are eligible for return within a 3-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can cancel or return your order for any reason, no justification required. The same conditions apply: the item must remain unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
